We are a local family run Architectural Business. We pride ourselves with having an in-depth knowledge of both the architectural and ‘on-site’ side of the business.
Our commitment and enthusiasm have enabled us to establish an extensive list of clients and builders who regularly depend on us.
We complete the majority of our work in East Devon, Mid Devon, and Exeter areas.
On occasions, we have worked as far afield as Penzance, Warrington and Salisbury.
We submit on average 2 to 3 planning applications per week, enabling us to build a good working relationship with the local Councils.
We prepare plans and specifications for all of the following applications:
- Planning applications.
- Building regulation submissions.
- Feasibility studies.
- Licensing agreements.
- Surveys for Land Registry agreements.
- Building surveys.
- Estate agency’s layouts.
- 3d drawings.
- Flood risk assessments.
We can also arrange Structural Engineering design work, agricultural appraisals and SAP energy ratings.
85% of our work is related to the domestic market, ranging from small extensions up to complete house designs.
We have also worked on small scale flat developments, guest houses, agricultural buildings and school extensions.
A large proportion of properties in East Devon, Mid Devon, and Exeter are within one of the following areas:
- Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
- Conservation Area.
- Area of great landscape value.
- Green wedge.
We regularly deal with applications in these areas and carry out a large number of Listed Building Applications.
